📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls from individuals seeking assistance and support • Listen with empathy and identify community resources that fit callers' needs • Provide referrals for housing, food assistance, healthcare, utility assistance, childcare, employment resources, and other services • Document interactions and maintain accurate records • Complete two weeks of onsite training in Downtown Detroit before transitioning to fully remote work • Work the 12:30 PM–9:00 PM shift after training

• Strong customer service and communication skills • Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor • Comfortable handling sensitive conversations • Basic computer skills • Ability to multitask
