📋 Description

• Perform external audit and assurance engagements for Asset & Wealth Management industry clients • Apply U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and PCAOB standards throughout audit engagements • Analyze accounting, financial reporting, and industry-specific issues • Work as both a team member and leader throughout client engagements • Manage multiple priorities, client expectations, and differing viewpoints • Communicate with clients and internal team members to address questions and resolve issues • Identify process-improvement and value-add opportunities • Use technology, automation, and digital tools to improve audit efficiency • Work with large and complex data sets and use data visualization tools to identify and communicate insights • Stay current on industry trends, accounting developments, and emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting • Minimum 3 years of professional experience • Strong external audit experience required • Direct audit experience within Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) required • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAS • Strong understanding of PCAOB standards • Experience with technical accounting and financial reporting • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing professional services environment • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills • CPA preferred • Previous experience working for a Big Four accounting firm or comparable large public accounting environment preferred • Experience with automation, digitization, data analytics, or data visualization tools preferred
