📋 Description

• Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries • Help customers manage their accounts • Verify eligibility for coverages and review healthcare options • Find creative solutions to consumer problems • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues in a timely manner • Adapt to constantly changing project/program updates • Demonstrate corporate values consistently • Complete self-study, training, testing, and certifications • Adhere to regulated communication guidelines across all channels • Input customer information into a database • Perform various administrative duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish • Must be fully available Monday–Friday for shifts ranging between 7:45am and 10pm • Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required • Must pass required exams for eligibility to proceed through training and certifications • Adhere to regulated communication guidelines • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies • Contract position based out of Houston, TX
