📋 Description
• Handle 60-100 calls per day • Make calls regarding medication adherence • Work remotely using employer-provided equipment
🎯 Requirements
• Must be nationally certified • High School Diploma or GED • CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, MA-C • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google • Ability to learn new technology • 2-5 years experience with pharmacy and heavy outbound calls
