📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from members and providers • Input data and provide a high level of customer service with courtesy and professionalism • Handle calls primarily from members eligible for a Silver Sneakers program through specific Medicare plans • Complete two weeks of training from 9:00am to 5:30pm EST

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience • Call center experience preferred • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience • PC skills with proficiency using Windows and MS Office • Ability to empathize and understand the needs of the customer • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Proficiency multitasking, prioritizing and meeting deadlines • Must be able to work any 8-hour shift Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm EST
