📋 Description

• Model the vision statement and excellence in customer service • Reconcile church participant lists with individual release forms • Maintain confidentiality of customers’ protected personal information • Manage the forms database • Contact customers with missing release forms or missing information • Answer questions regarding forms from customers, FUGE Camps office staff, and summer staffers, primarily assistant directors • Respond to phone and email inquiries with a strong focus on customer service • Ask for management assistance when needed • Travel to trainings and events as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Participate in the entirety of the 2027 camp season, beginning mid-April to early August 2027 • Be actively involved in an evangelical Christian church • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills, ability to follow through, and meet deadlines • Basic knowledge of Google applications and Microsoft Office • 2 years of administrative assistance and/or project coordination experience preferred • Ability to travel to trainings and events as needed • Availability for April Training on Thursday, April 15, 2027 and Friday, April 16, 2027
