📋 Description

• Take inbound calls regarding delivery and payments • Address service needs, billing inquiries, and transaction inquiries • Handle a high volume of inbound calls • Provide exceptional customer service and create customer satisfaction • Support the team during its busiest season in a remote contract role

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of recent call center experience • Ability to work remotely with a dedicated quiet workspace, Wi-Fi, and no distractions at home • Exceptional customer service skills • Effective communication, listening, and empathy • Problem-solving skills • Previous customer service experience • Basic office equipment knowledge • Office 365 knowledge • Spanish bilingual ability is a plus but not required • Preferably able to work EST time zone hours
