📋 Description

• Handle 50+ inbound calls daily • Assist customers with billing, payments, deliveries, and emergency requests • Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution • Document customer interactions accurately • Utilize CX1/NICE and Cargas systems • Support increased call volumes during peak season (December-February)

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience required • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and basic office technology • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Must be flexible and available to support business needs during peak periods • Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
