📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from members and providers • Input data and provide courteous, professional customer service • Support members eligible for a Silver Sneakers program through specific Medicare plans • Work an assigned 8-hour shift Monday–Friday within the 8:00am–8:00pm EST operating window • Complete two weeks of required training from 9:00am–5:30pm EST

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience • Call center experience preferred • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in varied settings and adjust messaging to the audience • PC skills with proficiency using Windows and MS Office • Ability to empathize and understand customer needs • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines • Must be able to work any 8-hour shift Monday–Friday within 8:00am–8:00pm EST • Must be available for two weeks of training from 9:00am–5:30pm EST • Remote work eligibility from anywhere in the United States
