📋 Description

• Handle 100% inbound customer service calls from health plan members • Manage approximately 50–70 calls per day during peak enrollment periods • Assist members with benefits, billing, enrollment, and coverage questions • Research and resolve complex member concerns from start to finish • Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly • Utilize multiple applications and online resources simultaneously • Provide timely follow-up and ownership of member issues • Deliver compassionate, professional customer service • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive member experience • Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 2 years of call center experience • Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously • Reliable attendance history • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Hard-wired internet connection via Ethernet cable • Dedicated professional workspace free from distractions • Ability to be on camera during meetings and training • Willingness to use company-provided equipment • Availability Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST and Saturday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM CST • Preference for candidates open to later shifts • Must live in an eligible state: Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia, or Wisconsin
