📋 Description

• Take inbound Medicare calls for a health insurance client during open enrollment • Guide callers through their Medicare benefits • Answer callers’ questions • Support the client’s open-enrollment staffing ramp • Handle approximately 50–70 inbound calls per day, with 70 being the absolute high end and not the norm

🎯 Requirements

• Experience, qualifications, skills, and relevant job knowledge may affect compensation • Empathy and patience when assisting an elderly population • Ability to explain Medicare benefits and answer questions • Ability to handle inbound calls, typically 50–70 per day • Must be based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota, for this contract-to-hire position
