📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls from Medicare members, providing accurate information regarding benefits, coverage, and plan services. • Assist members in understanding Medicare and Medicaid-related programs and available healthcare resources. • Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide guidance in a professional and empathetic manner. • Document member interactions accurately in internal systems. • Research and resolve member inquiries while adhering to quality, compliance, and service standards. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while managing daily call volume. • Stay current on plan benefits, policies, and healthcare regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of call center experience. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Ability to demonstrate empathy and patience when supporting members. • Experience handling high-volume call environments. • High School Diploma or GED required.
