📋 Description
• Review patients’ medical records after visits or procedures • Translate medical-record information into appropriate evaluation and management, diagnostic, and procedural codes • Support insurer claim processing for provider-performed work
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding • AAPC certified coder • CPC certification • CCS certification • Intermediate-level experience
