📋 Description

• Perform collections related to inpatient Workers Compensation claims • Manage accounts receivable and mail follow-up on amounts due from payors and third parties • Conduct timely collections and third-party follow-up in accordance with CBO policies • Provide support to assigned facilities and assist other facilities as requested • Respond to requests in a timely manner • Maintain customer service through courteous, compassionate, and positive communication • Adhere to applicable policies, procedures, compliance standards, and confidentiality requirements • Promote the Mission and Vision of Post Acute Medical

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in or near San Antonio, Texas • Prior collections experience required • Prior experience in billing and collections for Workers Compensation claims ideally • Workers Compensation experience preferred but not required • Experience with payment posting, medical collections, medical billing, Medicaid, revenue cycle, accounts receivable, insurance follow-up, and collection calls • Data entry and customer service skills • Knowledge of ICD-10 and medical terminology • Typing speed of 50 wpm • Ability to maintain compliance standards and confidentiality • Intermediate-level experience
