📋 Description

• Schedule appointments and assist members with scheduling office visits with primary care providers • Gather medical histories and updated member and provider information • Collect and process medical records from providers • Coordinate chart collection with vendors • Conduct outbound phone calls to provider groups to request medical records • Retrieve charts from electronic medical record systems • Compile medical records for coding parties • Complete supplemental medical records requests using Excel files • Provide updated member and provider information to vendors • Direct medical record requests to the responsible party • Resolve outstanding vendor pends by updating demographics and addressing chart load issues • Follow up on member appointments and designated tasks • Assist with ad hoc requests

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service-oriented phone outreach to provider groups • Minimum productivity goal for Pends of 30/10, including at least 30 calls per day • Experience or ability to use electronic medical record systems • Ability to complete supplemental medical records requests using Excel files • Ability to update member and provider demographics • Ability to work with vendors on chart collection and chart load issues • Ability to resolve outstanding vendor pends in a timely manner
