📋 Description
• Provide high-quality customer service to patients and healthcare providers regarding specialty prescriptions. • Review and process patient applications, including insurance investigations and financial assessments. • Communicate outcome statuses clearly and professionally to patients and providers. • Maintain compliance with all program guidelines and confidentiality standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Insurance verification and prior authorization expertise (5+ years) • Experience with working denied claims for commercial and government payors (5+ years) • Call center experience (5+ years). • High school diploma or equivalent. • A secure, private location to work from daily with fast and secure internet access.
