📋 Description

• Handle 70+ inbound calls daily • Schedule appointments including physicals, sick visits, wellness exams, consults, hospital follow-ups, and CDL exams • Provide exceptional customer service and strive for first-call resolution • Document patient information and communicate with clinical teams • Troubleshoot scheduling issues and escalate concerns as needed • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience • 2+ years of healthcare or medical office experience • 2+ years of call center experience • Candidates must be on camera and actively engaged during training • Full-time availability Monday-Friday, with an 8-hour shift scheduled between 8:00 AM-6:00 PM EST • May be required to work every other Saturday from 8:00 AM-1:30 PM EST after cross-training
