📋 Description

• Support Medicare Advantage plans by closing gaps in care • Primarily address three medication adherence measures for diabetic members • Make up to 100+ outbound calls per day in a call center environment

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA • Medical Assistant certifications such as NCCT, AAH, and NAHP are not accepted • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google; ability to learn new technology • 2–5 years of experience with pharmacy and heavy outbound calls • Call center experience • Ability to make up to 100+ calls per day • Proficiency in English and a second language for bilingual candidates; Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, and Vietnamese are a major plus
