📋 Description

• Support Medicare Advantage plans by closing gaps in care • Primarily address three medication adherence measures for diabetic members • Make up to 100+ outbound calls per day in a call center environment

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, MA-Co • Medical Assistant certifications not accepted: NCCT, AAH, NAHP • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google • Ability to learn new technology • 2-5 years of experience with pharmacy and heavy outbound calls • Bilingual proficiency in English and a second language is a major plus; languages listed include Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, and Vietnamese • Call center experience • Ability to make up to 100+ calls per day
