📋 Description

• Support Medicare Advantage plans by closing gaps in care • Focus primarily on three medication adherence measures for diabetic members • Make up to 100+ outbound calls per day in a call center environment

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, MA-Co • CPhT certification • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google • Ability to learn new technology • 2-5 years experience with pharmacy and heavy outbound calls • Call center experience • Up to 100+ calls per day • Proficient in English and a second language if bilingual • Medical Assistant certifications such as NCCT, AAH, and NAHP are not accepted
