📋 Description

• Lead elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements • Translate stakeholder objectives and business requirements into requirements for application features, workflows, APIs, and integrations • Develop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, data flows, and user stories with acceptance criteria • Create lightweight wireframes and low-fidelity mockups • Collaborate with UX designers, UI engineers, API engineers, and AWS architects • Liaise between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams throughout discovery and delivery • Support testing by validating test cases, participating in UAT, and ensuring requirements coverage • Support integration and deployment readiness by validating end-to-end workflows and data handoffs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience, including delivery of complex technical solutions • Strong experience gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements, use case requirements, data flows, and data transformation processes • API familiarity and experience with modern web and mobile UI concepts • Working knowledge of AWS-based platforms and AI/IDP solutions • Experience working in Agile / iterative delivery environments • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for business, technical, and executive audiences • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • CBAP or other Business Analysis certification preferred • Experience in public sector, healthcare, or regulated environments preferred • Bachelor's degree required with significant relevant experience • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must be a US-based resource due to state government constraints
