• Conduct technical training courses for customers and/or employees on complex unmanned systems • Develop, maintain, and teach formal and on-the-job training • Provide operator-level training on SkyRaider/SkyRanger, Black Hornet 3, Black Hornet 4, and Rogue 1 • Provide technical field support and resolve maintenance and operational issues • Assist customers with troubleshooting system and network/communications hardware • Provide customer demonstrations and support the business development team • Interpret technical documents, monitor product performance, and analyze technical data and maintenance procedures • Provide engineers with feedback on feature requests and product improvements • Collaborate with internal organizations to isolate equipment problems • Provide customer service support through incoming calls and correspondence, basic troubleshooting, and redirection • Travel and deploy domestically and internationally, with a minimum of 75% travel, to meet customer needs and statements of work
• Strong interpersonal, training/customer support, and writing skills • Two-year general business degree or equivalent with 2-3 years related work experience, or 2-3 years of focused experience in a professional service/training role in a medium- to high-volume hi-tech manufacturing environment • Proven ability to perform under stress and effectively multitask without sacrificing quality • Operational experience with the U.S. Department of Defense as an unmanned systems operator • Instructor experience, ideally delivering military, commercial, or general aviation curricula • Certified DoD sUAS Master Trainer through a DoD-sponsored schoolhouse considered an asset • Minimum two years of business application experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel • Ability to obtain an FAA Part 107 Certification • Ability to operate independently and interface with all levels of customer organizations • Concise reporting and remote communications capability • Working knowledge of wireless communications • Software test or system Validation and Verification experience considered an asset • Eligible for Top Secret/SCI clearance • Willingness and ability to deploy/travel on potentially short notice, with a minimum of 75% travel, to domestic and international locations • Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or eligible to apply for an appropriate U.S. export control license • Eligible for certification to examine, possess, and transfer items under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and legally authorized to work in Canada
