📋 Description

• Provide operational support to technical assistance programs of national scope • Collaborate with all entities involved in programs to design and develop products or services supporting contract deliverables • Oversee program activities, timeliness, and internal quality control standards • Communicate efficiently and effectively with project teams • Provide direction to internal and/or project teams • Provide status reports and resolve issues promptly • Research and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction • Create, update, review, and distribute accurate documentation following established processes and 508 compliance requirements • Conduct final document reviews before Manager approval • Perform client needs analysis and assessment • Manage client expectations and relationships • Oversee daily activities to ensure programs and services meet client expectations • Interact with customers, partners, and other contractors to complete tasks successfully • Coordinate with managers to align client expectations with contract requirements • Assist management by assigning and reviewing tasks, developing processes, and coaching and training staff

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year degree in business, Information Systems, health care, and/or equivalent training and/or experience • 7-10 years’ experience in a related field • Demonstrated experience in health informatics or portfolio oversight • 2-3 years’ client/customer management experience managing and owning client expectations and relationships • 3-5 years’ experience leading professional or support staff • Demonstrated experience with a health-related system and/or corporate systems • Advanced knowledge and experience working with Windows, all Microsoft Office products, and other PC-based software products • Intermediate knowledge and experience working with database applications, data trending/graphics and reporting tools • Intermediate knowledge and experience with data collection techniques, basic data analysis and graphic representation of data • Active Enterprise User Administration (EUA) ID required, or completion of required training and obtaining an EUA ID • Positions working on specific contracts may require U.S. Citizenship • Telligen will not provide sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future
