📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments • Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives • Supervise, train, and support RBTs implementing treatment plans • Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary • Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development • Maintain client confidentiality and follow BACB ethical guidelines • Help staff identify features that support parents and providers in delivering quality care • Communicate with the team regarding billing and insurance requirements and submission deadlines • Establish and operate an independent practice with support from Tellos

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification • Master's Degree • Must live in Georgia • Strong leadership skills • Strong communication skills • Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care • Driven, with a strong desire to establish an independent practice • Must maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethical guidelines • Must meet payer requirements and submission deadlines
