📋 Description

• Provide solution-focused, short-term counselling to diverse clients facing personal and work-related challenges • Assess client needs, establish goals, and develop individualized strategies within EAP coverage • Create personalized, action-oriented plans • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation • Collaborate with TELUS Health’s internal EAP team • Accept or decline referrals within contractual parameters • Conduct EAP counseling services in person, by telehealth, or by video • Enter clinical notes into the database, bill, and update provider profile as required • Maintain professional conduct with clients and the TELUS Health team • Stay current with mental health best practices and engage in continuous professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Clinically licensed and able to practice without supervision • 3 or more years of post-graduate counseling experience • Professional Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 per aggregate • Must comply with professional, ethical, confidentiality, TELUS Health policies, procedures, guidelines, and relevant regulations • Must notify TELUS Health of complaints, citations, or investigations that could affect license or credentials
