📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate sell-side and buy-side commercial agreements, including MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements • Partner with Sales and go-to-market teams to provide solution-oriented legal guidance • Support partner and reseller agreements, marketplace arrangements, and strategic collaborations • Develop and improve contract templates, negotiation guidelines, and scalable contracting processes • Identify and appropriately escalate legal risks while supporting business momentum • Build and maintain Temporal’s commercial legal infrastructure • Serve as a trusted legal partner to cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder relationships

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school • Active license to practice law in the U.S. • 5+ years of legal experience • Minimum of 4 years of in-house experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company • Strong experience drafting and negotiating vendor, procurement, and technology agreements • Understanding of SaaS subscriptions, professional services, data processing terms, and SLA frameworks • Experience with contract management systems; Ironclad preferred • Experience with AI-powered contract tools • Privacy experience is a plus • Ability to work in the United States • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and willingness to wear multiple hats
