📋 Description

• Define and own the vision for Temporal's self-serve experience • Set the strategy for how users sign up, onboard, and realize value in Temporal Cloud • Lead and scale product-led growth initiatives driving activation, adoption, and expansion • Build, mentor, and develop a team of product managers • Partner with Marketing, Growth Engineering, Design, and GTM leadership • Establish and own metrics including activation, retention, conversion, and expansion • Champion developer experience through onboarding, documentation, and product design • Translate data, behavioral analytics, and user research into a prioritized roadmap • Communicate strategy and roadmap to executives and cross-functional partners

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years of product management experience • Significant experience in senior or leadership roles owning self-serve, PLG, or growth strategy in SaaS or developer-centric products • Demonstrated experience building and leading PM teams • Track record of developing strong product talent • Deep expertise in product funnels, activation metrics, experimentation frameworks, and lifecycle optimization at scale • Strong executive presence and communication skills • Fluency with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL, or BigQuery • Ability to drive a data-informed culture • Familiarity with open-source or developer ecosystem products is a strong plus • Builder's mindset with strategic vision and operational discipline
