📋 Description

• Operate at the intersection of machine learning and clinical science • Research, design, and deploy multimodal AI models using clinical and molecular datasets • Design and train models using pathology slides, genomic profiles, spatial omics, and longitudinal patient records • Develop AI solutions for biomarker discovery, therapy outcome prediction, and Companion Diagnostics • Ensure AI products meet healthcare regulatory guidelines and quality standards • Publish original research in high-impact venues • Engage with the global AI research community • Contribute hands-on as an individual contributor

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related quantitative field • Demonstrated expertise in deep learning model development and rigorous evaluation • Experience in computer vision and multimodal modeling is preferred • Prior work in medical or healthcare AI is highly valued but not required • Strong track record of peer-reviewed publications in leading machine learning or computer vision venues • Publications in medical or healthcare AI venues are preferred • Proficiency in Python and the modern deep learning stack, such as PyTorch • Strong product-level coding skills for model development are a strong plus • Solid understanding of industry-standard software engineering and development practices
