📋 Description

• Manage security governance programs and serve as the single point of contact for security governance matters across Conifer • Lead security governance activities and ensure adherence to corporate security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices • Coordinate SOX IT General Controls activities, control testing, remediation, evidence collection, and audit support • Support SOX, SOC, client, regulatory, internal, and external audits • Track compliance initiatives and remediation activities through completion • Facilitate governance forums and provide updates to executive leadership • Serve as the primary security representative for client security inquiries, assessments, and due diligence • Lead customer security reviews, questionnaires, RFP/RFI responses, and security presentations • Partner with Sales, Client Services, and Operations on customer security requirements • Manage third-party security risk management processes and conduct vendor, partner, and service-provider risk assessments • Coordinate vendor remediation plans and maintain vendor security risk documentation and reporting • Liaise with Tenet Enterprise Security, Risk, and Compliance organizations • Coordinate implementation of enterprise security initiatives across Conifer and align Conifer requirements with Tenet cybersecurity standards • Identify, assess, and monitor information security, operational, and third-party risks • Support enterprise risk management, risk reporting, mitigation planning, and corrective-action tracking • Assist with security policies, standards, and procedures • Develop executive reporting, dashboards, and risk metrics • Present security program status, compliance updates, and risk assessments to senior leadership • Drive collaboration among Security, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology, and Client Services teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field/experience • 7+ years of experience in Information Security, Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, or Governance • 3+ years of leadership or program management experience • Strong knowledge of SOX IT Controls (ITGC) • Strong knowledge of Security Governance & Compliance • Strong knowledge of Vendor Risk Management • Strong knowledge of Client Security Reviews and Due Diligence • Strong knowledge of Risk Assessment Methodologies • Strong knowledge of SOC, NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and healthcare security requirements • Experience working directly with customers, auditors, and executive stakeholders • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or Security+ preferred • Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or regulated industries preferred • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise security programs and governance frameworks preferred • Familiarity with Tenet or complex multi-entity healthcare environments preferred
