📋 Description

• Research and make payment on invoices that arrived too late for normal workflow processing • Research and pay urgent past-due notices and high-priority issues that could jeopardize service continuity • Document payment activity using internal TEOCO systems for accurate financial governance • Use client systems to gather data supporting decision-making • Analyze collected data to determine whether emergency payment is required • Conduct vendor/supplier outreach and collaborate with internal teams • Perform root cause analysis and incorporate lessons learned from past incidents

🎯 Requirements

• Attention to detail • Problem solving • Excellent written and oral communications • Ability to work remotely • Ability to work 11AM–8PM Eastern Time • Past experience in the utility industry helpful • Experience with MS Excel helpful
