📋 Description
• Participate in remote sessions over a 3–4 week period • Walk through the process for discovering and evaluating enterprise communications platforms • Describe approaches to commercial contract negotiation with messaging aggregators • Share recent examples of structuring enterprise-level vendor agreements • Provide feedback on procurement scenarios and negotiation strategies • Discuss vendor management strategies and procurement experiences
🎯 Requirements
• Professional experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management • Direct involvement in negotiating commercial contracts for enterprise communications platforms • Familiarity with evaluating and selecting messaging aggregators • Recent experience leading or participating in a vendor discovery and contracting cycle for these technologies • Comfortable discussing vendor discovery and contracting workflows on a video call
