📋 Description

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer for corporate and manufacturing positions • Build and maintain talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and transparency • Partner with HR Business Partners and people leaders to advise on hiring needs, market insights, and best practices • Track and share results while continuously improving recruiting processes • Hire salaried professionals across corporate functions and manufacturing leadership roles

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Experience recruiting for a manufacturing organization preferred • Ability to manage 15–25 requisitions without sacrificing quality • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks • Proven track record of partnering with leaders and influencing hiring outcomes • Knowledge of recruiting compliance and different recruiting technologies
