📋 Description

• Oversee all daily inventory activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures • Perform inventory audits and collaborate with procurement to maintain optimal inventory levels • Review and adjust inventory errors • Complete monthly inventory reconciliation across 51 inventory locations • Reconcile inventory levels and products consumed between SF and NAV • Upload annual price adjustments • Maintain the Early Termination log • Record transfers between locations • Review posting and integration status of SF lines and correct hang-ups • Adjust inventory for positive adjustments on work orders completed in prior months • Balance the Transfer G/L account • Review auto-posted work orders for inventory and expense adjustments • Manage the inventory email box • Work with the Director of Business Operations on month-end journal entries • Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory items • Maintain inventory control procedures, including cycle counting and physical inventories, to achieve 99%+ system accuracy • Investigate and resolve stock count, variance, and system data discrepancies • Record inventory movements using software • Monitor inventory levels for shortages or excess • Identify process improvements in inventory handling, stocking, and tracking • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards • Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate material flow • Ensure physical security and organization of the inventory storage area

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Procurement Supply Chain, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in inventory management or a warehouse environment • Experience with Excel and warehouse software • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and troubleshoot discrepancies • Basic communication skills required • High level of accuracy in data entry and auditing • This company is a Drug Free workplace
