📋 Description

• Run the product side of large agency transitions to Tern • Extend and own launch playbooks for successful agency transitions • Embed with sales and success on enterprise deals • Join customer calls and scope feature gaps • Own product commitments and decisions about what Tern will not build • Own commission reconciliation, agent booking submission, and multi-user back-office workflows • Lead the agency product into new markets by mapping market and regulatory requirements • Sequence product work for entry into new markets • Own agency reporting and collaboration • Maintain momentum with agencies already using Tern • Conduct customer research and write PRDs • Unblock the agency engineering squad directly

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a PM accountable for a high-stakes B2B launch or migration • Experience shipping products in reconciliation, billing, invoicing, or back-office accounting logic • Experience working as an informal sales engineer or solutions partner on enterprise deals • Experience owning end-to-end product work at a small company, including research, specifications, and directly unblocking engineering • Credibility with customers' operations and finance leaders
