📋 Description

• Create engaging content through animation and motion graphics • Bring ideas to life through visual storytelling • Collaborate deeply with Terra’s international team members • Work closely with U.S.-based clients to deliver exceptional results • Create content that enhances Terra’s brand and captivates its audience • Present ideas in internal and client-facing settings • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines • Solve creative and technical challenges • Stay current with motion design and animation trends, technologies, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient with Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Premiere Pro • 5+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or similar role • Portfolio showcasing creative work • Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling principles • Keen eye for detail and aesthetics • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and graphic design fundamentals • Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate ideas and concepts • Proficient in creating animations optimized for social media, websites, and video • Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines • Up to date with trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion design and animation • Demonstrated problem-solving ability for creative or technical challenges • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to present ideas in internal and client-facing settings • Located in the Pacific Time Zone and available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PT • English fluency essential
