📋 Description

• Design, develop, and evaluate eLearning modules aligned with business objectives • Update and refresh existing eLearning content to keep it accurate and current • Develop instructor-led training materials, including facilitator guides, participant materials, and activities • Create job aids, quick-reference guides, storyboards, and scripts supporting learning objectives • Partner with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to gather requirements and build content • Apply adult-learning principles and instructional-design methodologies to course development • Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms • Build assessments and knowledge checks • Maintain course content and curriculum documentation • Use available tools and technologies, including AI assistants where helpful, to work efficiently and maintain quality • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and Program Managers in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years designing, developing, and delivering training content • Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field (Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Organizational Development) • Equivalent hands-on experience considered in lieu of a degree • Experience with eLearning authoring and design tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia • Experience designing and developing training across eLearning, ILT, and video modalities • Experience creating job aids and reference materials • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams • Comfort working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
