📋 Description

• Define the roadmap and drive execution for Bot Management solutions • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to bring cybersecurity solutions to market • Engage with global customers to gather feedback, identify market opportunities, analyze competition, and anticipate emerging trends • Design intuitive reporting and configuration experiences with actionable, data-driven insights • Translate customer requirements into product architecture changes with engineering teams • Drive architectural decisions balancing detection accuracy, performance, scalability, and customer usability • Own and execute the long-term platform strategy for bot management capabilities across products and customer environments • Coordinate priorities and dependencies across platform, detection, and infrastructure teams • Monitor the competitive landscape and industry technology advancements and trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 7+ years of product management experience with deep expertise in cybersecurity • Thorough familiarity with application security (AppSec) concepts • Track record of building effective cross-functional relationships, specifically with engineering teams • Experience working directly with customers on security feature requirements and feedback • Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects • Proven track record of taking a product from concept to launch and then scaling it to a significant user base • Ability to learn and master new technologies quickly • Comfortable in a remote working environment across international time zones, mostly with Europe and Western Hemisphere • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or assuming sponsorship of an employment visa • Successfully complete a post-offer background check
