• Participate in marketing efforts to attract prospective residents and promote community features and benefits • Greet prospective residents and conduct tours of available apartments • Assist with the application process and timely processing of applications • Assist the Community Manager with administrative functions, including processing rent payments • Maintain community records • Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents • Build rapport with prospects and close leases
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Dependability and flexibility • Ability to work well in a team environment • Passion for customer service and ability to relate to and engage with people • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook • Experience with property management software • MRI experience preferred but not required
