📋 Description

• Close warm inbound leads daily, handle 10+ warm inbound leads • Respond within 5 minutes to leads • Lead consultative conversations to diagnose customer’s situation and close • Own your pipeline inside GoHighLevel, with tasks, notes, follow-ups, and deal management • Execute structured multi-touch follow-ups to convert undecided leads • Maintain clean, organized CRM hygiene • Stay highly active with calls, texts, emails • Drive your pipeline daily with urgency and discipline

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in the automotive industry • 5+ years of phone sales or telemarketing experience • Fluency in automotive paint and protection • Genuine passion for cars • A real commitment to customer experience • Home office setup with high personal accountability • Past ownership or management of a detail shop is strongly preferred • Hands-on certifications from major ceramic coating, PPF, or paint correction brands are preferred • Remote sales experience is preferred • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM is a bonus point
