📋 Description

• Facilitate pre-license education and exams • Complete and submit license applications and renewals • Process resident-state changes and reconcile licenses between prior and new states of residence • Manage colleague contact changes with states and the system of record • Monitor Producer and Adjuster Reportable Actions • Submit and track agency affiliations for business entities and individual producers • Process Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP) updates and changes • Monitor continuing education and facilitate access to the CE vendor • Manage business entity licensing, applications, renewals, lines of authority, and affiliations across states • Maintain Secretary of State registrations and filings, good standing status, and annual reports • Update licensing data in the Licensing System of Record • Pull and distribute licensing reports for leadership, audit, and operational requests • Assist with licensing-related projects • Participate in process development and improvement initiatives • Conduct internal audits of licensing records for regulatory and company-policy compliance • Serve as a point of contact for licensing inquiries from colleagues, carriers, and regulators • Provide guidance on licensing requirements and state-specific nuances • Prepare documentation and respond to state Department of Insurance audits or inquiries
