📋 Description
• Serve as the embedded Scrum Master for Platform Architecture and Infrastructure. • Push back on stakeholders and convene cross-team prioritization sessions. • Protect Platform Architecture and Infrastructure capacity from competing top-down requests. • Partner with both teams to reduce the PR release-approval bottleneck. • Run and coach planning, standup, retrospective, and other Agile ceremonies. • Tailor facilitation and training to each team's needs and maturity. • Provide informal lead guidance and mentorship to Scrum Masters across the organization. • Report on team health, blockers, and adherence to the strategic Agile plan to the Heads of Agile. • Establish recurring cross-stakeholder prioritization and roll out tailored coaching plans.
