• Support Retail Media Managers in campaign set up, optimization, and reporting within retailer platforms • Conduct research across client niche, identifying keyword opportunities for custom audiences, product categories and in-market interest groups for campaign development • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and regular reporting to internal stakeholders • Partner with retail media networks and third-party tools to enhance campaign execution • Stay up to date with industry trends, new retail media capabilities, and platform updates to continuously drive innovation and best practices
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in running Retail Media campaigns on Amazon Advertising or Walmart Connect • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and media dashboards • Experience in search bid management, campaign management, campaign optimization, digital media operations • Excellent communication and time management skills • Knowledge of retail media KPIs (ROAS, TACoS, CVR, etc.) and digital shelf metrics • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different platforms and categories • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
