📋 Description

• Provide strategic support to the negotiations team for assigned pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts • Review and interpret contracts • Develop business redlines • Finalize matrices • Support strategic business reviews and participate in strategic initiatives • Collaborate with Negotiators, Sr. Account Directors, and Account Management to determine business review vision, objectives, strategy, and presentation content • Consult with Negotiators and Team Leadership to determine data needs and submit data requests • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts • Leverage business review knowledge across assigned accounts to provide consultative feedback to negotiators and input on client strategy • Develop an understanding of assigned client needs and assess how service offerings meet those needs • Lead special projects as assigned • Evaluate market trends, manufacturer offerings, and competitive dynamics to identify rebate opportunities supporting payer benefit strategies and financial value

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred • 8+ years' relevant experience • Sophistication at positioning the value proposition and ability to meet client needs • Strong critical thinking skills • Ability to manage timelines, meet deadlines, and document project progress • Willingness to work a flexible schedule during peak volume • Ability to assess program metrics and financials • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite skills • Superior verbal and written communication, analytical, and organizational skills • Ability to prioritize work independently and make recommendations • Ability, confidence, and experience to be counterparts with the Sr. Account Director's team • Demonstrated ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment • Knowledge of the specialty healthcare, pharma, and PBM industry • For home working, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload • Must be eligible to work in the United States based on the US location
