📋 Description

• Lead assigned clinical operations programs and teams • Oversee day-to-day execution while improving performance, quality, efficiency, and scalability • Provide operational leadership for behavioral health programs and workflows, including care coordination, referrals, and patient and provider support • Design, implement, and manage clinical-program workflows, procedures, performance measures, escalation pathways, and operational controls • Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and operational team members through coaching, performance management, goal setting, professional development, and accountability • Partner with Behavioral Leaders, Nursing, Medical Affairs, Operations, Product, and Technology • Identify root causes, eliminate unnecessary manual work, and develop sustainable solutions • Establish, monitor, analyze, and report operational and clinical performance metrics • Identify trends, emerging risks, capacity concerns, and improvement opportunities using data • Lead teams through new programs, technology changes, workflow redesigns, and organizational initiatives • Provide leadership and decision support for complex patient, provider, and workflow escalations • Ensure operations comply with organizational policies, clinical standards, regulatory requirements, privacy requirements, and best practices • Support staffing, scheduling, workload management, and resource planning • Develop and implement onboarding, training, job aids, procedures, and performance-support resources • Provide leadership during urgent operational events, system outages, and significant workflow disruptions • Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives and special projects • Protect Protected Health Information and Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies • Perform duties in a remote, HIPAA-compliant home office with minimal travel

• Strong operational and systems-thinking skills • Experience with process improvement, workflow design, program implementation, and change management • Strong people leadership and performance management skills • Ability to manage multiple programs, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical skills and ability to use operational data and performance metrics • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong cross-functional collaboration, influencing, and relationship management skills • Ability to identify problems, investigate root causes, develop recommendations, and drive solutions independently • Understanding of healthcare operations, patient care coordination, clinical workflows, and healthcare regulatory requirements • Familiarity with electronic medical records and care management platforms • Proficiency with Excel • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, social work, psychology, business, operations, or equivalent relevant healthcare operations experience may be considered • Experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, behavioral health operations, care coordination, or a related healthcare environment • Previous leadership experience with responsibility for people, programs, workflows, or operational performance • Experience improving processes, implementing workflows, or managing healthcare programs • Experience supporting behavioral health or psychiatric services is preferred • Experience in telehealth, virtual care, managed care, health plans, medical groups, or complex healthcare delivery systems is preferred • Experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred • Clinical licensure such as RN, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LPS, CCM, or comparable credentials is preferred • Ability to work in a HIPAA-compliant home office environment • Must comply with applicable privacy and security regulations and MD Live policies • Internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload for home working
