📋 Description

• Support Account Management, Account Executive, and Clinical Account Executive functions and client deliverables • Use SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar tools to explore, examine, and interpret large volumes of data • Compile and construct data and data models • Maintain and improve data quality and performance • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets • Present findings clearly and concisely • Coordinate with internal teams to understand stakeholder and business priorities • Create and implement data governance procedures • Improve reporting processes and procedures • Manage and oversee company data operation initiatives • Evaluate and identify needed system and process enhancements • Understand report outputs and provide consultative input for communicating results to clients • Develop new tools and processes for client and account team support

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years' experience in health care/managed care with direct responsibility for data analysis and management, relational databases, and reporting • Bachelor's Degree in a related field • Ability to write programs/code for queries and retrieve data from multiple tables/sources via SAS or SQL • Intermediate expertise in relational database concepts • Ability to use Alteryx, Tableau, Python or other data mining and manipulation tools is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access • Experience translating business needs into usable internal and client-facing reports • Excellent communication skills, including presenting technical information to varied audiences and leading meetings • Strong data mining skills, research, and root cause analysis • Self-motivated, initiative-taking, and able to access and prioritize work • Background in claims reporting, deep-dive analysis, and benefits utilization analysis strongly preferred
