📋 Description

• Lead the Enterprise Health Equity and Language Accessibility Program (HE/LAP) • Own end-to-end delivery of health equity initiatives from intake through closeout • Manage scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and outcomes • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, and delivery artifacts • Select and apply Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methodologies • Lead project kickoffs, status reviews, risk reviews, retrospectives, and other governance forums • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies and drive mitigation and resolution • Partner with stakeholders on scope changes and assess impacts to timelines, resources, and outcomes • Prepare executive-ready reporting on progress, risks, decisions, and performance metrics • Support adoption and sustainability through change management and continuous improvement • Partner across clinical, analytics, technology, operations, and compliance teams to improve access, quality, and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of project or program management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives • Experience in healthcare, health equity, or population health • Deep understanding of equity-centered design principles • Proficiency in planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency tracking, and change control • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience presenting to senior leaders • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed environment • Proficiency with Wrike, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and/or Microsoft Project • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and drive execution with minimal direction • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree a plus • PMP, Agile certification (CSM, SAFe), or equivalent experience preferred • Experience leading enterprise initiatives with executive visibility and measurable delivery outcomes
