📋 Description

• Provide safe and effective administration of specialty medications, including IV infusion, in patients’ homes • Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being • Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination • Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes • Deliver home-based care while building patient relationships and driving positive health outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice • At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare • Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region • Availability for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed • Internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working from home • 2+ years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting is strongly preferred • Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs is preferred
