📋 Description

• Monitor client coverage and assist pharmacists with order processing • Triage and manage high-volume client calls • Provide basic technical support and coordinate with IT for advanced issues • Contact healthcare professionals to gather required clinical or demographic information • Support workflow during downtime • Help secure emergency shift coverage • Submit nightly shift reports • Collect and document accurate patient medication histories • Assist pharmacists • Perform related clinical and administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred • National pharmacy technician certification • 1+ year institutional pharmacy technician experience • 1+ year retail pharmacy technician experience • Strong communication skills • Customer service skills • IT troubleshooting skills • Proficiency with MS Office and Google tools • Ability to work overnights and/or weekends • Ability to work a 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule • Ability to work either 9p–8a EST or 7p–6a EST shifts • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload for home-based work
