📋 Description

• Provide clinical and operational support to the pharmacy enablement team • Manage prescription workflows • Coordinate care with RNs, providers, and coaches • Ensure member-facing processes are handled accurately and efficiently • Apply medication knowledge when processing prescriptions, refills, and prior authorizations • Identify and escalate potential prescribing or workflow issues • Communicate updates and document activities accurately in established systems • Process clinical tickets and route faxes, labs, and records appropriately • Follow established SOPs to maintain consistency and compliance • Support efficiency and quality improvement initiatives • Support clinical staff with routine and urgent requests • Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training

🎯 Requirements

• Pharmacy Technician Certification or equivalent training required • 1–2 years of experience in pharmacy operations or telehealth support preferred • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with e-prescribing tools, medical records systems, and communication platforms • Proactive use of AI tools to improve individual output and efficiency • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new technologies • Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented • Excellent communication and follow-through • Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
