📋 Description

• Fill and count medications • Perform varied, moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments • Perform computations • Work on semi-routine assignments • Ensure inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with the inventory supply team • Interpret area or department policies and methods for completing assignments • Identify work expectations and quality standards within defined parameters • Prioritize and schedule work with some latitude and minimal direction • Follow standard policies with independent discretion • Attend occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Must have an active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state • Minimum 1-2 years of pharmacy experience • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences • High School Diploma or GED (preferred) • National Certification, PTCB CphT (preferred) • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested • Must work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
